Shipping + Returns

Order processing times
Most orders ship the following business day. When we're extra busy, it may take up to 3 days. Any exceptions to this will be clearly announced on a site-wide banner. Packages ship from Seattle, Washington and typically arrive in 2-5 weekdays. If you need your package by a specific date, please send us an email before ordering to verify that it can arrive in time. We want you to receive your goods as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate any special requests!
All packages are shipped via USPS. We ship via First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express (First Class is only offered when the order is light enough). Free shipping is offered for orders over $75 (domestic orders only).
International packages are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks, but occasionally longer due to customs delays, and there may be import duties/taxes/fees applied by your country. Please be aware of these potential fees; they aren't included in our shipping fees and they are your responsibility as the customer. Certain items in our shop (e.g. edible items) cannot be shipped internationally, and are noted as such on the product's page.
Please note that orders shipped to a Washington State address will incur a 9.5% sales tax.
Returns + Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unopened, unused items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged goods. Edible items may not be returned. To return or exchange an item, send your order within 2 weeks of receipt to:

Please be sure to include a note with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or store credit. You don't need to let us know why you're returning an item. We just want you to love what you order!
